A black emulsified (water base) liquid asphalt roof coating containing select ingredients and additives. Recommended for use over existing or new smooth or granule-surfaced asphalt, metal, corrugated asbestos cement and bare concrete. Highly resistant to blistering because it has a "breathing" capability which allows trapped moisture to escape right through the coating itself.

Heavy Duty Patching Compound is a thick, black, waterproofing compound manufactured from “Heart of Texas” Asphalt®, High Strength Micro Fibers, Dia-SealTM, finely milled blue-black slate and two highly effective chemical additives, ZHD-7TM and ZonamineTM. It is used with other SWEPCO Roofing Products in a number of various applications to provide complete roof protection. Consult the appropriate application literature for more information. It is also used as a highly versatile adhesive, sealer and filler in general roof maintenance.

Applied straight from its container, Heavy Duty Roof Coating adds an extra layer of premium quality waterproofing asphalt to old roof surfaces and waterproofs new roof surfaces. It protects both from deterioration which would otherwise shorten their lives.

DESCRIPTION AND PURPOSE
SWEPCO Pavron is a smooth, black emulsion sealer designed to protect both old and new asphalt pavement from moisture and oxidation. Because it is made from a superior coal tar pitch emulsion, it also helps protect pavement from deterioration due to fuel, oil, solvent and chemical spillage.

SWEPCO Pavron provides the protection property owners need to keep their paved areas in tip top shape. By sealing hairline cracks and providing a protective barrier against age hardening, SWEPCO Pavron provides protection year round. In Winter, it protects pavement by reducing the amount of water penetration and resulting freeze thaw damage. In Spring, pavement sealed with SWEPCO Pavron channels water quickly off paved areas before it can seep down into subgrades to cause chuck holes.
In hot Summer months, the tough, weather resistant surface protects pavement from the harmful oxidizing effects of the blazing sun.

Zonex K - Industrial Cleaner

SWEPCO Zonex-K Industrial Cleaner is a green, non-abrasive activating chemical compound containing triethanolamine dodecyl benzene sulfonate, alcohol ethoxylate and sodium tripolyphosphates. When mixed with water, it forms a powerful, all-purpose cleaning solution that removes dirt, grease, grime and microscopic particles.
UNIQUE CLEANING ACTION
The cleaning action of SWEPCO Zonex-K Industrial Cleaner is a result of the interaction of the active ingredients with water. The triethanolamine dodecyl benzene sulfonate is a powerful, non-abrasive detergent that breaks down dirt, grease and grime. Alcohol ethoxylate is a non-ionic detergent which increases the cleaning action of Zonex-K, and also acts as a surfactant to diminish surface tension. It allows Zonex-K to lift dirt and grime from the surface and hold it in suspension so the surface rinses clean. The sodium tripolyphosphates aid the cleaning action of the detergents. Aside from cleaning, these special ingredients also have the capability of breaking down the minerals contained in the water, causing Zonex-K to have a sheeting action that helps prevent streaking and spotting.
VERSATILE, ALL PURPOSE CLEANING
SWEPCO ZONEX-K Industrial Cleaner can be used on anything washable. For most cleaning jobs, a 1 to 128 mix ratio to water is sufficient. To remove heavy deposits of greasy dirt and grime, it can be mixed with a solvent such as Kerosene. Zonex-K has a special additive that makes it as effective in hard water as in soft water. Zonex-K can be used for general purpose cleaning in every type business, institution and industry.
